We provide a multimodal AI Assistant service that allows you to have conversations with AI, upload and download files, and execute specific operations through a sandbox environment. The service may include both free and paid features.
Sandbox Environment Limitations
Our sandbox environment is provided for personal learning and lawful use only. You agree not to use the sandbox environment for any illegal activities, attacking other systems, mining cryptocurrency, or engaging in activities that may cause excessive resource consumption. We reserve the right to set resource limitations on the sandbox environment.
Account and Security
- You need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for protecting your account information.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts when necessary.
Usage Rules
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal activities
- Upload or share content that infringes on others' rights
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect service data
- Circumvent any limitations or security measures of the service
Service Usage Limitations
The service may have usage limitations based on your subscription tier. These limitations may include but are not limited to: number of requests, computational resources, storage capacity, and available features. These limitations are subject to change as the product evolves, and the current limitations will be reflected in the actual product interface.
User Content
- You are responsible for all content you upload to the service.
- You grant us the right to use your uploaded content solely for providing and improving the service.
- We do not actively monitor user content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Data Usage
- We store your conversations with the AI Assistant to provide and improve the service.
- We may use anonymized conversation data to improve our systems and service quality.
- You can delete your conversation history at any time in the settings.
Payment and Refunds
- Prices for paid features will be clearly displayed within the service.
- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel them.
- Unused service balance can be refunded upon request.
- For refunds, please contact us via email. All refund requests will be processed within two weeks.
Intellectual Property
- The service and its content belong to us.
- AI-generated content: You may use the content generated by the AI for you, but we do not guarantee its uniqueness or non-infringement.
Disclaimer
- The service is provided "as is" without any warranties.
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or contain errors. You must use your own judgment and assume full responsibility for using AI-generated content. You agree not to use AI-generated content for any purpose that may cause harm or violate laws.
- We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or any indirect damages.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fees you have paid or $50, whichever is greater.
Service Changes and Termination
- We may change, suspend, or terminate any part of the service at any time.
- We will try to provide advance notice of significant changes but cannot guarantee we will always do so.
- We reserve the right to immediately terminate service access without prior notice in cases of abuse or violation of these terms.
Amendments to Terms
